Gaspé Bay is among the most beautiful, navigable bodies of water and the largest natural harbors of eastern Quebec.

It consists of a huge basin into which pour three important salmon rivers: the St. Jean River, the York River and the Dartmouth River. Gaspé Bay is bordered on the north by Forillon National Park of Canada, and on the south by coastal cliffs topped by hamlets stretching to Pointe-Saint-Pierre.

Gaspé Bay also borders closely the Parc de l’Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé, and Chaleur Bay which is also a member of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World Club.
